Return Window

Shoes and clothing may be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided you have a valid sales receipt, and the items are unused, unworn (except for trying on), and in their original packaging (where applicable).

Condition of Returned Items

All items returned must be unworn, with price tags intact, and in the original packaging if any.

Products not Eligable for Returns

No sports bras or tights may be exchanged or returned, so please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.



Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of purchase. As noted above, items should be unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

For shoes: if the size is incorrect, the customer must courier them back to us at their cost. We will then arrange to courier the replacement size (if sizing is available). Any decision regarding the exchange or return of shoes is ultimately at the discretion of our supplier, and their decision is final.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your original order(s). If you paid using Yoco, you will need to provide your banking details during the refund process to sales@opathelete.co.za

Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 5 - 7 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank's processing times.

Should you pay using Payflex we process the refund and once this is done it will reflect in your Payflex Wallet. You can use your Wallet balance against future Payflex purchases or withdraw the funds immediately into your account via the Payflex Customer Portal, after which the funds will reflect in your bank account within 24 hours.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please email sales@opathlete.co.za with photos and a description of the issue, with your #OP order number within 48 hours of receipt. We will liaise with the supplier, and a decision will be given within 10 working days. If approved by the supplier, we may replace or refund the item based on availability and your preference.

Please note the following important points:

  • Any damage incurred due to mishandling or misuse after receipt of the item will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the damage is determined to be caused by factors beyond our control.

Supplier Decisions

The return or exchange of all shoes will be at the discretion of the supplier, and their decision is final.

Any concerns or issues regarding shoes will be directed to the supplier, and a determination will be given within 10 working days.
