We’re here to keep things smooth, fast, and on point—just like your training. Before we ship your gear, give our Shipping policy a quick look so you know exactly how we roll.

Expected Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days once payment is confirmed. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed upon checkout. Shipping is R100 for orders below R1200 and FREE for orders above R1200.

If you order a pair of shoes that does not fit, you must courier the shoes back to us at your own cost before we send out the correct size (if available). Once received we inspect the shoes, and if they are in a resellable condition, the correct pair of shoes will be sent to you. Any additional courier fees are borne by the customer.



Order Tracking

We will provide a tracking number (if available) once your order has been shipped. You may track your parcel via the link sent on the shipping confirmation email. You can also you’re your tracking number and track it via our online tracking portal.

International Shipping

Should we offer international shipping, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. All such fees are your responsibility and are not included in the item’s purchase or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or any similar reason, you may be responsible for any return shipping costs as well as re-delivery charges.
