The On Point Athlete Easter Egg Hunt Competition is organised by On Point Athlete ("Organiser"). By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• The Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Competition will run from midnight 18 April 2025 to midnight 21 April 2025 ("Competition Period"). All vouchers need to be claimed during this period – thereafter your voucher will no longer be valid.

• Throughout the Competition Period, Easter-themed items such as eggs and discount codes will be hidden across the Organiser's website (https://opathlete.co.za/) only.
• Participants must locate these hidden items and retrieve the unique discount codes associated with them - online exclusively.

• Each discount code is valid for one use only. If a code has already been redeemed by another participant, it will no longer be valid. The Organiser will endeavour to remove used codes promptly but cannot guarantee real-time updates.
• Discount codes can only be redeemed during the Easter weekend, specifically from midnight 18 April 2025 to midnight 21 April 2025 ("Redemption Period").
• Codes must be entered at checkout [in the ‘Discount code or giftcard’ box and then click ‘apply’] to receive the discount (not valid for in-store use).

• The nature and value of discounts or prizes associated with each code is as follow:
  EA8ST3R5 = 5% off order
  EA8ST3R10 = 10% off order
  EA8ST3R15 = 15% off order
  EA8ST3R50 = 50% off order
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

• The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, including, but not limited to, website downtime, that may prevent participants from accessing the website or redeeming codes.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organiser from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or discount.

Any personal data collected during the Competition will be processed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
• The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
