OP Athlete Black Friday & CyberMonday – T's and C's

General

  • These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the OP Athlete Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions (“the Promotion”).
  • The Promotion is organised and run by OP Athlete (Regitered: ON POINT TEKKIES), registered in South Africa.
  • By participating in the Promotion or purchasing any discounted items, customers agree to be bound by these Ts&Cs as well as OP Athlete’s standard Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Returns
    Policy    .
  • OP Athlete reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promotion Period

  • The Black Friday Promotion will run from 00:01 on Friday, 28 November 2025 until 23:59 on Sunday, 30 November 2025 (South African Standard Time).
  • The Cyber Monday Promotion will run from 00:01 to 23:59 on Monday, 1 December 2025 (South African Standard Time).
  • All offers are valid only while stocks last and within the specified promotional periods.

Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to all customers purchasing through the official OP Athlete online store (opathlete.co.za) or at the physical stores within South Africa.
  • The Promotion applies to retail purchases only and excludes wholesale or bulk orders.

Discount Application

  • Discounts will be applied automatically at checkout or as otherwise specified on the OP Athlete website during the Promotion.
  • Some offers may require the use of a unique promotional code, which will be valid only during the applicable promotional period.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the Promotion Period.
  • Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined with any other coupons, vouchers, loyalty points, or promotional offers.
  • All discounted prices will be clearly displayed on eligible product pages during the Promotion.

Product Availability

  • All promotional items are offered while stocks last.
  • Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability or reservation of stock.
  • In the event of high demand, certain sizes, colours, or product variants may sell
    out before the end of the Promotion. While OP Athlete makes every effort to update stock levels promptly, there may be instances where an item appears available online but has already sold out in-store. In such cases, OP Athlete reserves the right to cancel or refund affected orders and will notify customers accordingly.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Return and Exchange Policies apply unless otherwise stated.
  • Sale items (not clearance items of 35% discount) should be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products purchased on promotion may be exchanged for size or store credit (where applicable) but are not eligible for cash refunds unless deemed defective under the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Items discounted at 35% are seen as clearance sale items and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase, and returned at own cost (unless received in error).
  • Where an item is replaced, it will be replaced at the discounted purchase price, not the original pre-discount price.

Exclusions

  • Certain brands, products, or collections may be excluded from the Promotion at OP Athlete’s discretion.
  • Gift cards, digital vouchers, and delivery fees are not eligible for discount unless otherwise stated.

Errors & Omissions

  • While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, OP Athlete will not be held responsible for any typographical, pricing, or system errors during the Promotion.
  • In the event of an error, OP Athlete reserves the right to cancel or correct affected orders and will notify customers accordingly.

Cyber Monday Exclusive Offers

  • Cyber Monday offers, including any hidden or one-day-only discounts, are valid for Monday, 1 December 2025 only.
  • These offers are subject to the same terms above and may require a unique code to redeem.
  • Once expired, these discounts cannot be reinstated or honoured retroactively.
  • Items discounted at 35% are seen as clearance sale items and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Governing Law

  • This Promotion and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
