• These Terms and Conditions govern two linked promotions run by On Point Athlete (“Organiser”): the Oakley Pre-Hunt (10 March 2025) and the Easter Egg Hunt (Friday, 3 April 2025). By participating in either promotion, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• The Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Overview

• The Oakley Pre-Hunt is a web-based sticker hunt running on 10 March 2025 as a lead-up to the Easter Egg Hunt.
• Three (3) stickers containing unique Oakley discount codes will be hidden across the Organiser’s website (https://opathlete.co.za/).
• This promotion is first come, first served. Each code is valid for one use only. If a code has already been redeemed, it will no longer be valid for another participant.

How to Participate in the Oakley Pre-Hunt

• To receive instructions on how to find the hidden Oakley stickers, participants must sign up to the On Point Athlete newsletter.
• Upon signing up, participants will receive the steps to locate the hidden Oakley discount codes via the newsletter.
• Newsletter sign-up also grants early access to the Easter Egg Hunt (Part B below).

Newsletter Sign-Up & Database

• By signing up to the newsletter, participants consent to being added to the On Point Athlete customer database for future communications.
• Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting the Organiser directly.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy (https://opathlete.co.za/policies/privacy-policy) and applicable data protection laws.

Oakley Discount Code Usage

• Each Oakley discount code is valid for one (1) use only.
• The Organiser will endeavour to mark used codes promptly but cannot guarantee real-time updates.
• The validity period and discount value for each code will be specified alongside the code at the time of discovery.

Overview

• The Easter Egg Hunt takes place on Friday, 3 April 2025, both in-store and online at https://opathlete.co.za/.
• On Point Stickers with discount codes will be hidden across the Organiser’s website and in-store.
• Participants who signed up to the newsletter via the Oakley Pre-Hunt will receive early access to the Easter Egg Hunt before the general public.

Competition Period

• The Easter Egg Hunt will run on 3 April until all discount codes have been redeemed (“Competition Period”). 

How to Participate

• Online: Locate hidden stickers on the Organiser’s website and retrieve the unique discount codes.
• In-store: Visit the On Point Athlete store to find hidden stickers and retrieve associated discount codes.

Discount Code

• Each discount code is valid for one (1) use only. If a code has already been redeemed by another participant, it will no longer be valid.
• Online codes must be entered at checkout in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box and then click ‘Apply’.
• In-store codes must be presented to a member of staff at the point of purchase.
• The Organiser will endeavour to remove used codes promptly but cannot guarantee real-time updates.
  

• The nature and value of discounts or prizes associated with each code will be specified alongside the code at the time of discovery.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

Limitation of Liability

• The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime, that may prevent participants from accessing the website or redeeming codes.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organiser from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or discount.

Data Protection

• Any personal data collected during either promotion will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy (https://opathlete.co.za/policies/privacy-policy) and applicable data protection laws, including POPIA.
• Newsletter subscribers will be added to the Organiser’s marketing database. Participants may opt out at any time.

• The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate either promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to both promotions is final and binding.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By participating in any On Point Athlete promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
